We excel in cultivating environments that foster happiness and satisfaction among employees.<\/p><p>Accelerations Group provides a wide range of learning development organizational solutions that unleash and harness the organization&#8217;s highest potential through elite people development, organizational transformation, and strategic alignment, driving improved KPIs, OKRs, and profits through your people and some of these Services may involve the collection and use of your Personal Information. These Services are described in this Policy. For other services, Accelerations Group collects and uses your Personal Information as a service provider (or \u2018processor\u2019) on behalf of and under instructions from our clients.<\/p><p>The Services for which Accelerations Group collects and uses your Personal Information as a controller (and which are covered by this Policy) are:<\/p><ul><li>Learning Services and Development Products.\u00a0We provide a business-to-consumer version of a software product, called AG Learning Lab and Vault, that users can use for coaching and interview preparation. In addition, we may offer e-learning and training services for individuals from time-to-time.<\/li><li>Our Site.\u00a0We disclose research, whitepapers, and service information on the Site; provide access to the Accelerations Group Store to purchase books and products; and share issues of the Leadership Rundown Magazine.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The services for which Accelerations Group collects and uses your Personal Information as a processor are:<\/p><ul><li>Consulting Services.\u00a0We help our clients implement their business strategy by consulting with them on strategy execution and organization design, talent strategy and work design, assessment and succession, leadership development, coaching, talent acquisition strategy, selection training, diversity and inclusion and other talent needs.<\/li><li>Software Products \u2013 such as Assessments and Engagement Surveys.\u00a0We provide software products that our clients can use, for example, to conduct assessments, inclusion audits, pulse and employee engagement surveys, focus groups or career coaching.
